Document merged pilot changes and remaining release checks

The merged pilot features have behavioral guides, but their integrated source status and remaining installation checks were scattered across issue handoffs. Add a dated integration record mapping issues to merged PRs and commits, link activity/email guidance from the README, and extend the release checklist with the native gate and concrete pilot checks for diagnostics, OIDC recovery, activity/cancellation, metadata coverage and owner email delivery.

The owner requested final comments and closure of the associated development issues after this documentation review. Outstanding release, deployment and real-provider checks remain explicit in the checklist; malware scanning remains on hold in PR #19. No application code, release policy or running service changes.

Validation: all nine CI policy/contract tests passed; documentation links/anchors, tracked-file/workflow contracts and staged diff checks passed. Prior application validation remains recorded against its exact revision; this documentation-only change required no image rebuild or import run.
